There are many important uses of reports: as a means of communicating information, recounting occurrences, and identifying trends. Although perhaps the most successful use of most is interpreting usage studies, which give you a very clear picture showing how your content is being used throughout your organization.
In this article, we’ll check out what these types of reports will be and how they could be interpreted to help you better control your content.
Usage reports are comma-separated value (CSV) data that information activity for your resources. You can access these types of reports by getting them from your Downloads file in your Object Storage space bucket, or perhaps by using the OBTAIN HTTP API to obtain the latest record. Each daily report file contains consumption data meant for the previous moment and is overwritten each day with a new file that features monthly utilization data approximately, but not which includes, that time frame.
